Our handcrafted soap came about because of a desire
for a soap with therapeutic and healing properties that
was also pleasing to the senses and considerate of our
ecosystem. We use NO synthetic fragrances and NO
synthetic colorants. We use minimal packaging and do
not over-package with non-biodegradable components.
Lotus Handmade Soaps uses Earth-friendly and
recycled materials in all aspects of our family business.
One can delight in the joining of rich moisturizers, such
as shea and sweet almond butters with pure
essential oils, gentle exfoliants, such as oatmeal and rice flour,
nutrient oils, such as kukui nut and evening primrose, and last,
but certainly not least, natural colorants, such as
plants, herbs,and spices. Gain peace of mind knowing
our soaps come from Mother Earth and that we are
committed to using earth and animal friendly elements.

chemical reaction called saponification occurs and the
result is soap. The oils and fats create a cleansing bar
that yields long lasting, plentiful, conditioning lather.
